Spelling Homework

Today P1 are getting a spelling jotter home with some words to learn. Here are some guidelines on how to complete the homework:

Homework words should be copied twice using the following rules:

1. Look at the word

2. Say the word

3. Cover the word with one hand

4. Write the word into the next column

5. Check spelling was correct

So:

Look, Say, Cover, Write and Check

This should be done twice to give 3 columns of words.

Under the columns of words write ONE sentence using at least one of the spelling words.
