Today was our first trip to Ice-Skating at the Wataerfront. P1 were excited to get there and get our ice skates on. Everyone went on the ice first time and stayed on for the whole 45 minutes. Our teacher is called Kayleigh and she was showing us how to march on the ice and sit down/stand up again.
The Waterfront has recently bought little toy penguins for younger children to use on the ice and we had great fun with these. It gave everyone confidence to get out into the middle of the ice and take part in the lesson.
